Your files stay put
A project holds your Word, PDF, Excel and PowerPoint files. You upload once. Every conversation in that project can already see them, so you are never re-attaching the same document to explain what you are working on.
The assistant has actually read them
Ask about a figure in a report, a row in a workbook or a clause in a contract and the answer comes from the document, not from a guess. When a file cannot be read, for example a scanned PDF with no text layer, it says so instead of inventing an answer.
Nothing changes without you
When you ask for an edit, the assistant proposes it as a diff: the old text and the new, side by side. Your file is untouched until you press Apply. Every version is kept, so a change you regret is one click back.
What it costs
Work is measured in credits, and your plan includes a monthly allowance that refills. You can see exactly what you have and where it went on your Usage page. Plans are billed in dinars, renewed by a payment you make, and nothing charges automatically.
Getting a good answer
- Say what the document is for. "Tighten this for a client who has not seen the project" beats "improve this".
- Point at the file. Type @ to attach a specific one when a project holds many.
- Ask for the change, not the whole document. Rewrites of one section are faster, cheaper and easier to review.
- Tell it when it is wrong. The Report button in the chat toolbar sends us the conversation, and we answer.
