These terms cover your use of RheoStudio, an AI workspace operated by Rheona. By using it, you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.
The service
RheoStudio lets you store documents and work on them with an AI assistant. It is currently offered as a private pilot, by invitation.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself. Tell us at info@rheona.space if you believe someone else has access to it.
Your content stays yours
You keep every right you have in the files, documents and messages you put into RheoStudio. We claim no ownership of them. We process them only to provide the service; see the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and explains exactly what is sent where.
What we ask of you
- Do not use RheoStudio for anything unlawful, or to harm others.
- Do not upload content you have no right to upload.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data.
- Do not resell or redistribute the service without our agreement.
The AI assistant
The assistant is generated by a third-party AI model. It can be wrong. Its output is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice, and you should verify anything that matters before relying on it. You decide what to do with what it produces: it proposes changes to your files, and nothing is written until you approve it.
Availability
This is a pilot. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change. We will not knowingly delete your data without telling you, but you should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending it
You may stop using RheoStudio at any time and ask us to delete your account and its contents by writing to info@rheona.space. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the pilot, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your files.
Liability
RheoStudio is provided “as is” during the pilot. To the extent the law allows, Rheona is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you if the change is significant.
